Fairway Management Group is pleased to announce the addition of Katy Woodruff as Property Accounting Manager.
Katy is responsible for all aspects of property accounting including monthly financial reporting, monthly tenant billings and annual CTI reconciliations. Katy also supervises the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and works closely with our tenants to insure their understanding of lease requirements regarding rents and reconciliations.
Prior to joining Fairway Management Group, Katy was at Books-A-Million for 3 years and at Colonial Properties Trust for more than 9 years.
